Field Sales Officer

Job Description

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing customer relationships outside the office setting. This involves traveling to meet potential and existing clients, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the company's products or services, and a strong drive to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

Identify and target new potential customers through research, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.

Sales Presentations & Negotiation:

Present the company's products or services to prospects, tailored to meet their specific needs. Handle objections and negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand and communicate the value proposition clearly.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company. Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Report on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities to management regularly.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:

Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the sales and product teams about customer needs and competitor strategies.

Post-Sales Support:

Ensure smooth handover of client accounts to the account management or customer support teams after closing the deal. Address customer concerns and issues post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Travel & Reporting:

Travel regularly to meet clients, attend trade shows, or represent the company at industry events. Keep detailed records of all client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a field sales role, required in a similar industry. (Printer Toner Industry)

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Sales Skills:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Negotiation:

Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and close deals

Problem Solving:

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions.

Time Management:

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* Driving License (Preferred)
