One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive in Uganda!

Responsibilities





Visit farmers, industries, and dealers to talk about our products. Show how our machines work and explain how they help. Build strong relationships with customers and dealers. Collect useful market and competitor information. Keep daily records in our system (Odoo CRM). Work towards monthly sales goals. Attend events, exhibitions, and local fairs to promote our brand. Team up with other departments to give customers the best service.





Qualifications





A diploma or degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 1 to 3+ years of experience in field sales (agriculture or generator industry is a plus). Friendly and confident speaker with good people skills. Comfortable using smartphones and simple mobile apps. Knowing Odoo CRM is a plus. Ready to travel across cities and villages in Uganda. Must be self-motivated and goal-focused. Can speak basic English (local languages are a bonus).
