About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic
Female Field Sales Executive
to join our sales support team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in
English and Hindi
. Knowledge of
Arabic & Malayalam
will be a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and client engagement..
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or direct marketing (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in Hindi and English (Knowledge of Arabic and Malayalam is a plus)
Minimum education: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
Salary & Benefits:
AED (2500 to 3000) + commission
Fuel/transport allowance (if applicable)
