Identify and generate new business opportunities within the educational institutions, government sector, and other key industries in the Middle East and Africa
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across institutions and organizations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales efforts.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to ensure business growth.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of sales and post-sales processes.
Provide regular updates on sales progress, market feedback, and client insights to the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Proven 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education, government, or corporate sectors.
Strong understanding of microcredentials and the value they bring to organizations and individuals.
Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
Familiarity with the UAE market and a strong network in the education, government, or corporate sectors is a plus.
UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE and other territory as needed.
