Job Purpose:

To drive sales and market share of flour products by developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and foodservice clients, ensuring consistent product availability, visibility, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for flour products within assigned territory. Visit customers regularly (retailers, bakeries, restaurants, and distributors) to generate sales and ensure product visibility. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the Head of Sales. Ensure proper display and merchandising of flour products in retail outlets. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Support in implementing promotional campaigns and in-market activations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of field sales experience

in

FMCG or food distribution

(flour, grains, or similar products preferred). Valid Qatar/GCC driving license required. Good knowledge of local retail and HORECA market segments.

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Excellent customer relationship management. Strong time management and territory planning skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
