BrewTeaCaf is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with FMCG experience to drive business growth in the coffee and tea vending machine sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the institutional and commercial sectors.?
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients in offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, and commercial establishments?
Conduct outdoor sales visits and product demonstrations to prospective customers?
Understand client needs and recommend suitable vending machine solutions (coffee and tea)?
Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely submission of proposals?
Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve monthly targets?
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business?
Collaborate with the operations team for smooth installation and service delivery
Conduct market analysis to identify competitors and new sales prospects?
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle?
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG sector (food & beverages preferred)?
Valid UAE driving license
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus)?
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities?
Good organizational and time management skills?
Knowledge of Dubai market and business routes preferred?
