Job Description

Immaculate Training Services, one of the leading Training Institutes in Dubai is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in Dubai.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and forging strategic partnerships with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in growing our presence across diverse industries by connecting organizations with our varied and comprehensive training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities across UAE that align with institute's training programs. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders and training managers, to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Following up with potential leads and converting them into sales by providing them with the necessary information, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and expanding business partnerships Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved or exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of training programs for clients. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking client interactions, pipeline activity, and progress towards sales goals. Assist with other marketing and sales initiatives as needed. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to strategize sales approaches

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the training or professional development sector. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of the UAE market, including cultural and business nuances. Strong communication skills in English - written/verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
