Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales and Operations Executive who will be responsible for generating new business, co-ordinating client requirements for translation, attestation, managing the collection of documents, and ensuring timely delivery of the completed work. This role demands full ownership of the client cycle from acquisition to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for translation and attestation services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions. Coordinate internally with the operations team to initiate and monitor project progress. Collect documents from clients as per service requirements and ensure accurate documentation. Track and update clients on project status and ensure timely communication. Ensure the proper and safe delivery of completed documents to clients after project closure. Maintain detailed records of all sales, collections, and deliveries. Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives. Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory client experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, client servicing, or field operations. Freshers are also welcomed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Hindi Required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first attitude. UAE Valid Car/Bike driving license (Preferred). Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of document handling procedures related to attestation and translation will be an advantage.
