Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product offerings, including new and discontinued items, and communicate this information to customers
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations based on their needs
Process orders, including order entry, shipping, and invoicing
Develop and maintain a customer database for follow-up and prospecting purposes
Attend industry trade shows and events to stay informed of new products and market trends
Collaborate with other team members, including technicians, customer service representatives, and managers, to ensure timely and accurate service to customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in aftermarket B2B sales.
