Build strong relationships by meeting with potential and existing customers to understand their needs.Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.Needs Analysis:
Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals.Brand Representation:
Professionally present and promote the dealership's products and services.Sales Management:
Oversee the full sales cycle--from enquiry generation to invoicing--while ensuring timely follow-ups for customer satisfaction.Aftersales Promotion:
Highlight and encourage aftersales services to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.Requirements
Proven sales experience in the
construction equipment or heavy machinery industry
(small construction machinery experience preferred). Strong understanding of construction workflows, customer needs, and site operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. UAE driving license is mandatoryJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
