SUMMARY The Field Service Representative/Technician will perform Pop-up Barrier, Drop- and Slide- Arm Barriers, Armored Gate House (AGH), and Skywatch Tower setup, installation, maintenance and repair services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following:

• Performs all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment IAW Technical Orders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) commercial manuals.
• Performs inspections, equipment modifications, repairs, and identify maintenance problem areas.
• Maintains and repairs tasks will require competency with electrical, welding, hydraulics, glass replacement/repair, and air conditioning.
• Performs daily updates the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) recording assets and spare parts.
• Completes daily reports, OEM checklist and requirements documentation on preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY No supervisory or management authority. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience working as a technician performing preventative, corrective and repairs services on AT/FP equipment (vehicle barriers, gates, guard booths, towers, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Excellent oral, verbal, written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of operating in foreign environments.
• Working knowledge of with Active Vehicle Barriers.
• Working knowledge of repairing hydraulic systems.
• Working knowledge of repairing electrical control systems
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have a valid US passport.
• Must live or be able to relocate to
• Must have an Active Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background investigation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work will be performed in outside environment with extreme conditions.
