Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and networking with potential candidates.
- Conducting initial interviews.
- Assessing candidates\' skills and qualifications.
- Presenting job opportunities to applicants.
- Providing feedback to employers
- Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills ( Hindi & English )
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, employers and other stakeholders.
- Identify and assess talent.
- Understand labour markets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
