CleanNest is looking for a reliable and responsible
Field Operations Assistant
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help manage and support our cleaning staff in the field while ensuring they are transported safely and on time to customer locations across Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and drop off cleaning staff to and from customer locations
Supervise and manage cleaning teams during daily operations
Ensure staff arrive on time and follow schedules efficiently
Report attendance, delays, or operational issues to management
Maintain the car in clean and good working condition
Support logistics of cleaning materials when required
Requirements:
Must have
own car
(in good condition)
Valid
UAE driving license
Own visa
(employment, freelance, or family)
Good knowledge of
Dubai routes and areas
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork
Excellent communication and leadership skills
