Job Description
Overview:
A supervisor / field engineer with related experience to work with and supervise the Mobile Gripper and/or Flush-By equipment and field personnel in the installation and service of COROD continuous rod and/or conventional sucker rods, ponies, polish rods and pumps. Responsibilities:
- The Mobile Gripper / Flash-by supervisor will be responsible to communicate with the Operation Coordinator and/or the Company on behalf of the MG / FBU Crews whenever required.
- Confirm the MG / FBUs’ accessibility to the wellsite as well as the readiness of the FBUs to perform the job. In case of any issue, the FBU Coordinator is expected to communicate the issues.
- Assist, aid and supervise the installation and servicing of well site equipment including COROD continuous rod, sucker rods, ponies, polish rods and pumps.
- Personnel management, compliance with HSE policies and procedures, operational reporting,daily and monthly reports, maintenance reports.
- Comply and spread Weatherford QHSSE Culture
- Will be available on a 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs.
- Know (willing to learn and comply) Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform various other duties and activities as needed within the physical constraints of the job.
- Minimum Five (5) Years of supervisory position in FBU Operation/WO operations .
- Good physical condition being able to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Must be able and willing to perform manual labor.
- Experience with heavy equipment.
- Strong Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lead and work closely with other crew members.
- Ability to use computer functions as required and generate reports.
- Good command of English language.
