About the Role We are looking for a Fiat Payment Designer to lead the UI and interaction design for cross-border payment products. This role requires a deep understanding of payment channels, P2P transactions, and user experience optimization to ensure seamless and user-friendly designs. Key Responsibilities: Design the overall framework and process for cross-border payment products, including UI and interaction design . Collaborate closely with fiat on/off-ramp teams, ensuring a strong understanding of payment channels, P2P transactions, and related financial products . Ensure product usability and an excellent user experience, driving continuous improvements in user satisfaction . Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies, leveraging online data to refine and optimize design solutions . Key Requirements: This role will be dedicated exclusively to the Bybit Pay product. Candidates should already have experience in UI/UX design for payment or financial products . Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, fiat on/off ramps, and P2P transactions . Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance design solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset . Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams. Qualifications & Skills: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience in user research and data-driven design decisions . Knowledge of payment systems, fintech, or blockchain-related products is a plus . Seniority level
