Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced FF&E Procurement Manager to support the delivery of high-end interior projects across the UAE and Europe. This role is central to ensuring every detail -- from bespoke furniture to curated accessories -- is sourced, ordered, and installed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

You'll work closely with our design team to translate specifications into reality, manage supplier relationships, track orders, and ensure the smooth execution of every project's FF&E scope.

Key responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end FF&E procurement across multiple projects Source furniture, lighting, finishes, and accessories in line with design intent Liaise with suppliers, artisans, and fabricators (locally and internationally) Track orders, production lead times, delivery schedules, and logistics Prepare and maintain specification schedules and procurement documentation Monitor costs, prepare quotes, and support budget management Review and approve samples, finishes, and custom pieces Oversee final delivery, quality checks, and installation coordination Keep internal teams updated with clear tracking and status reports

Qualifications:

5-10 years' experience in a similar FF&E procurement role Strong knowledge of luxury suppliers, finishes, and custom fabrication Excellent organisation and time management skills Proficiency in Excel, procurement tracking tools, and specification schedules Familiarity with interior design drawings, floorplans, and design intent documents Comfortable working across time zones and managing international orders Strong attention to detail, especially in quality control and finish selection Calm, reliable, and confident in working to tight deadlines Previous experience in high-end residential or hospitality projects in the UAE or Europe (both is highly preferred)
