Documentation
Create and maintain FFA schedules and inventory lists.
Prepare documentation such as FFA books, boards, and presentation packages.
Budget Management
Work within the set budget and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality.
Track expenses and update cost sheets regularly.
Logistics & Installation
Oversee delivery logistics and coordinate with contractors or installation teams.
Ensure furniture and accessories are installed according to specifications and design intent.
Quality Control
Inspect delivered items for quality, damage, or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety and ergonomic standards.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Present FFA selections to clients and gather feedback.
