Agriculture / Agribusiness / Agrochemicals We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Fertilizer Sales Professional
to join our growing agribusiness team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agricultural product sales, strong knowledge of fertilizers and soil nutrition, and established relationships with distributors, retailers, or farming operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territories
Promote and sell a range of fertilizer products to farmers, distributors, and agribusinesses
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, consultations, and product support
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approach
Collaborate with the technical and agronomy teams to deliver client solutions and training
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales of fertilizers or related agricultural inputs
Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, soil science, and crop cycles
Proven negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
Degree or diploma in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field (preferred)
