We are looking for a talented and experienced Female Wedding Sales Executive who understands the beauty, traditions, and elegance of Emirati weddings. In this role, you will connect with clients, design personalized experiences, and help create luxury weddings that reflect cultural values and individual style.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage sales plans to attract and serve high-end Emirati wedding clients.
• Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposals and contracts.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with Emirati families, wedding planners, and key influencers.
• Work closely with catering, d cor, and operations teams to deliver flawless weddings.
• Organize venue tours and presentations for clients with personalized package options.
• Stay updated on luxury wedding trends, d cor styles, and Emirati traditions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Ensure cultural sensitivity, guest privacy, and VIP standards are always maintained.
• Represent the brand at wedding shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in wedding sales or event management, focusing on Emirati weddings.
• Proven success in closing high-value wedding deals.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (required).
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE wedding industry vendors, venues, and current trends.
• Professional grooming and positive personality.
• Flexible to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
