About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Waitress to join our Beach Restaurant team on the iconic Palm Jumeirah. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.

Order Taking:

Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Food and Beverage Service:

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all service standards.

Table Setting and Maintenance:

Prepare and set tables for service, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.

Cashier Duties:

Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to cash handling procedures.

Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive team atmosphere.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Customer Service:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Teamwork:

Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Organization:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, Russian, French) are a plus.
