Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Meet crew on arrival after VIP passenger is taking care of in a friendly and welcoming manner. \xc2\xb7 Promote our products and services to customers. \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge about the type of meals and service who can be provided at the airport. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of customer expectations and requirements. \xc2\xb7 Ability to check all available service articles quickly and procures suitable answers to the customer. \xc2\xb7 Displays a positive and professional attitude at all times while maintaining acceptable grooming standards and wearing the uniform with pride ensuring the highest level of safety, security and customer service is maintained at all times QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry preferably in fine dining restaurant and ideally in an airline related environment. Training: HACCP, training would be essential. Knowledge: F & B knowledge, Computer literate Language: Ability to speak fluently the national language and/or English to be able to communicate effectively with the customer. Russian language desired. Salary to be discussed upon interview. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
