We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced

Female Travel Agent (Arabic Speaker)

to join our growing team in

Sharjah

. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and strong knowledge of travel booking systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning, booking, and organizing domestic and international travel. Provide recommendations on travel routes, transportation, accommodation, and activities based on client preferences and budgets. Issue flight tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel insurance. Handle changes, cancellations, and special travel requests. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, travel advisories, and airline policies. Communicate clearly with clients in Arabic and English. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Female candidates only

(as per business requirement).

Fluent in Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency or similar role. Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is highly preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourism trends. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
