: As a Transportation Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer engagement team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers at HOTEL CONCIERGE and other high-traffic locations, promoting our limousine services and attracting bookings. Your passion for sales and excellent communication skills will help you succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with customers in hotels , malls and other strategic locations to effectively promote our limousine services.
  • Showcase the benefits of our services, address customer inquiries, and secure bookings to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time, with professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the transport coordinator to efficiently handle walk-in customer trips and bookings.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to offer competitive rates based on trip destinations and secure customer commitments.
  • Dispatch trips through the supervisor app, coordinating with drivers and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Keep superiors informed of your progress, challenges, and potential solutions on an ongoing basis.
Requirements: Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, transportation, logistics, or limousine services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in both Arabic and English (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Benefits:
