We are currently looking for a dedicated

Female Therapy Support Specialist

to join our reputable healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will work closely with our licensed physiotherapists to provide high-quality care and support to our patients undergoing rehabilitation and physical therapy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about helping patients recover and improve their physical mobility in a professional, supportive, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physiotherapists in delivering individualized treatment plans to patients. Provide support with therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques under the supervision of a licensed physiotherapist. Help patients with proper positioning and transferring during therapy sessions. Set up and maintain therapy equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment area. Monitor patient progress and assist in documenting treatment details and observations. Educate patients on exercises and self-care techniques to improve recovery. Ensure that patient comfort and safety are prioritized during all treatments. Communicate with patients and their families to explain therapeutic procedures, goals, and progress. Adhere to clinic policies, maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional ethics. Assist in administrative duties as required, including scheduling appointments and patient follow-ups.

Qualifications and Requirements:

: Female (as per role requirements)

Education

: Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, Healthcare, or a related field. Previous experience in a healthcare or physiotherapy setting is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in physiotherapy and patient care are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Basic understanding of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation, and mobility support. Patient-focused, compassionate, and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and provide support in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, reliable, and attentive to patient needs.
