Job Description

We are seeking a persuasive and results-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/lists. Deliver scripted or personalized sales pitches to potential clients. Understand customer needs and offer solutions using our products/services. Follow up with leads and close sales over the phone. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in CRM software. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections and questions in a professional manner. Stay informed about product updates and promotions. Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve the sales process.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus. Fluent in English, Hindi,Arabic,Tamil,Telugu
