DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE_ This Post for FEMALES only who have at least 1 year experience in REAL ESTATE Seeking female Tele caller professionals (ONLY) to join our team. Required Experience in the real estate industry of at least 1-2 years. Should have great English communication abilities. Any other language will be extra advantage. Duties:
- Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow up calls or cold calls.
- Ability to convince clients with good knowledge of overall UAE, Real Estate Market
- Assist and support a team of real estate agents in capturing new business
- Calling to property owners to avail updated listings for sales and leasing
- Analyze and investigating price, demand, and competition. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
- Sourcing and collaborating with other agencies/property management companies to receive regular listings of properties and advertising them through our portals Perform other duties as assigned Requirements
- Must be good in written and communication skills
- Maintain and manage client\'s database
- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
