previous experience in sales or telesales
to join our dynamic real estate team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services and property offerings.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
Female candidates only (mandatory).
Prior experience in telesales or sales (mandatory).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated.
Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Real estate experience is an advantage but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
