Key Responsibilities
:
Contact potential clients and qualify leads over the phone
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
Communicate company services and property details effectively
Schedule meetings and follow up with clients
Maintain CRM records and track call activity
Draft and send professional follow-up emails
What We're Looking For
:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
Confident, proactive, and well-organized
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
Real estate knowledge is a plus
Experience in sales or customer service preferred
