Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to promote telecom products and solutions
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable offerings
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (field sales experience is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with good time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar
