Key Duties:
Make outbound calls to promote telecom solutions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of prospects.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Record all sales interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Deliver excellent customer support before and after sales.
Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience; outdoor sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Must have a valid QID and legal work authorization in Qatar.
