Job Description
We at Prime Homes Properties are looking for an Experienced Telesales Executive. : The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the telesales and be able to manage making calls daily. Responsibilities:
- Calling prospective or prevailing clients.
- Responsive to queries about the company and services we offer.
- Probing customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry.
- Support to the team on negotiating deals and closing sales.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company\'s properties and services
- Arabic Speaking proficiency is a must
- Experience in telesales calling and Experience in Dubai real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the telesales and its trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, ability to speak other languages are a bonus
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
