Make inbound & outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages, tours, tickets, visas, and related services
Follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, and online platforms
Explain travel products, offers, and pricing clearly to customers
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Achieve daily and monthly sales call and conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth booking processes
Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions
Provide accurate information regarding destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements
Assist senior sales executives when required

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
