you must have:

1- A Tele sales experience / Phone Sales based positions / Selling calls.

2- Prepare a

1-2 minute video

where you are doing

a (role play) of calling a client, to sell her an apartment which she inquired about and giving her the information she requested and answering about why she should consider buying that apartment.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via phone to introduce Property Solvers' real estate services and qualify leads. follow up on leads, and convert them into clients. Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and client information. Provide detailed information on properties, pricing, and services to clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, correspondence, and listing. Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive experience. Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate team members. Assist with posting and monitoring property listings on portals. Assist with other tasks to support the team and daily office needs.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills

, with the ability to engage clients and convey information clearly and professionally. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
