We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-caller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
Handle inbound clients inquiries and provide project information.
Explain developer projects and services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain clients database with updated information.
Follow up with interested clients to close sales or schedule meetings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
