(FOR IMMEDIATE START - Entry Level Candidates Accepted)

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of telesales experience (real estate preferred)

Fresh candidates with basic sales knowledge are also encouraged to apply

Strong understanding or interest in the Dubai real estate market (off-plan and secondary)

Excellent communication skills -- English is mandatory

Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven

Ability to handle clients and schedule meetings over the phone

Capable of working under pressure and achieving sales targets

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients

Promote off-plan and ready property projects to interested buyers

Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team

Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads regularly

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
