Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and persuasive communication.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with prospective customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience of 1+ years in Customer service role or similar industry.
Minimum bachelor's degree qualification required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar.
