Eco Breeze Cleaning and Pest Control Services is seeking a

motivated, confident, and results-driven Female Tele Sales Executive

to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in the

cleaning, pest control, or service industry in Dubai

will be given strong preference.

This role is ideal for professionals who are target-oriented, persuasive, and experienced in handling outbound sales calls within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers in Dubai Generate new leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Promote Cleaning, Pest Control, and Facility Management services Follow up with existing and potential clients to close sales Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Coordinate with operations team for service scheduling

Requirements

Minimum experience in Tele Sales / Call Center within Dubai Prior experience in the

service industry

is mandatory Experience in

Cleaning and Pest Control services

is a strong advantage Proven ability to handle cold calls and objection handling Excellent communication and negotiation skills Target-driven, confident, and professional attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
