Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote current real estate projects.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain follow-up with potential leads through regular calls and messages.
Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.
Support the sales and CRM team with client communications.
Achieve daily call targets and contribute to the lead generation pipeline.
Provide a pleasant customer service experience and represent the company positively.
Requirements:
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is an advantage).
computer skills and knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
