Female Telecaller
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales consultants. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Karadan Real Estate's services Explain property listings, offers, and promotions in a clear and professional manner Generate leads and book appointments for the sales team Follow up with interested clients regularly Maintain accurate call logs and client information in the CRM system Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex queries to relevant departments Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets Maintain professionalism and a positive tone at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (real estate experience is a plus) Strong communication skills in English (Additional language is a plus) Pleasant and persuasive phone manner Presentable and professional conduct Basic knowledge of MS Office Ability to multitask and work independently
