Key Requirements:
3-5 years
of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Real estate recruitment experience
is highly preferred
HR educational background
or
HR certifications
are an added advantage
Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication, sourcing, and interview assessment skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Support HR processes and maintain recruitment records
