The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of end-to-end recruitment processes and a background in account coordination or client relationship management. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who can manage multiple hiring requirements across various sectors, including domestic staff and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse roles, including blue-collar positions.
Recruit female domestic staff such as babysitters, nannies, and housekeepers, among others.
Support healthcare hiring initiatives as required.
Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview scheduling.
Support contract coordination and account management activities.
Keep recruitment databases updated and generate regular status reports.
Requirements:
1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a recruitment agency or HR consultancy.
Proven experience in hiring blue-collar workers and domestic staff.
Familiarity with healthcare recruitment is a plus.
Experience recruiting for GCC or EU markets is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of account/client management practices.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
