We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Female Tailor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for altering, repairing, and modifying garments according to customer specifications, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Perform garment alterations, repairs, and modifications as per customer requests. Take accurate body measurements and assist customers in fabric selection when needed. Arrange and conduct fittings to ensure proper garment fit and comfort. Obtain customer consent and approval if additional materials are required for alteration. Ensure the quality and finishing of all garments including double-checking for accuracy and safety (no pins left inside garments). Maintain timely and precise completion of all assigned tasks. Complete all documentation related to alterations, including alteration forms and customer delivery forms, accurately and on time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and fabric types. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
