Job description:
Responsible for altering, repairing, or modifying garments for customers based on their specifications, needs, and preferences. Take customers' measurements, assist in fabric selection, and arrange fittings to determine whether additional adjustments are needed. Proper briefing to the customer going on the alteration procedures to avoid any misunderstandings between self and customer. Ensure customer briefing and consent is done if additional material is required for alteration. Ensure quality of work (double-check the work, no pin is left within the dress) Assuring the Timely & Accurate delivery of work Ensuring all the documentation related to the alteration is done on time ( Fill alteration form & customer delivery from)
Customer orientation:
Ensure all communication is in English. Ensure all information and data to be provided to the Store manager/ Supervisor, MD and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
