Qualifications & Requirements:
LOCAL & FEMALE ARAB CANDIDATES ONLY
Bachelor's degree in Sales / Business Administration.
Above 3 yrs of experience in Service industry.
Must be Bilingual with Arabic & English proficiency.
Proven track record of achieving Sales target & maintaining Sales volume.
Multi tasking & strong negotiation skills.
Leadership & Team Supervising skills.
Supervise daily gym activities and staff performance
Ensure smooth club operations and excellent member service
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the club
Support management in achieving operational goals
