Job description- Social Media /Marketing Executive REPORTS TO: General Manager \xc2\xb7 Must have a proven track record of driving footfall to stores. \xc2\xb7 Assisting Brand Heads in deploying brand strategies to generate traffic in store, increase average baskets and customer frequency. \xc2\xb7 Posting regularly in Social Media ( Instagram/Facebook & so on ) \xc2\xb7 Responsible for setting up the store marketing plans and building customer knowledge in order to improve store profitability \xc2\xb7 Plans overall budget and individual budgets for every activity \xc2\xb7 Analyses sales of assigned brand/s across market/s and suggest activities to boost KPIs. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for training staff to ensure the success of all marketing initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Improving store profitability by creating operational in-store action plans to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, cross selling & up selling \xc2\xb7 Analyzes results (Store events, direct marketing, promotions, PR\xe2\x80\xa6) \xc2\xb7 Defines actions based on Mystery shopper reports, customer & blogger feedback \xc2\xb7 Compares budget versus actual spends on a monthly basis. \xc2\xb7 Undertakes benchmarking of marketing activities against competition \xc2\xb7 Develop relationships with key support stakeholders like Editors, Bloggers, Mall Marketing. \xc2\xb7 Monitors Store KPI\xe2\x80\x99s & reports to Brand Heads KEY COMPETENCIES \xc2\xb7 Actionable Consumer and Shopper Insights \xc2\xb7 Performance Monitoring \xc2\xb7 Brand Communication \xc2\xb7 Digital Marketing IDEAL PROFILE Education \xc2\xb7 Degree or certification in marketing (ideally an MBA) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
