Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle the company's official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Create, edit, and publish
high-quality reels, short videos, and long-form video content
aligned with the brand strategy.
Plan and execute engaging content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
Promote company products and services through both
company social media accounts and personal social media platforms
to maximize reach and engagement.
Develop interactive posts, captions, stories, and videos to increase followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth, reach, and engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong personal social media presence with a good number of genuine followers.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok algorithms, reels, and video formats.
Skilled in creating engaging
short-form and long-form videos
.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools and social media analytics.
Creative mindset with strong communication and content writing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in promoting products or brands on social media is a plus.
