Maintain clear and regular communication with customers regarding repair status.
Prepare repair orders, invoices, and process customer payments.
Promote additional services and preventative maintenance where appropriate.
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and excellent service delivery.

Service Advisor

automotive industry

.
Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
