The Female Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience through prompt, polite, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks in a timely and hygienic manner
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and organized
Assist customers with menu inquiries and recommendations
Handle basic billing or coordinate with the cashier
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
Support team members during busy hours
Requirements & Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene
Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience as a server is an advantage but not required
