Job Description
We're looking for energetic, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic front-of-house team!
Your Role:
Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude
Take and serve food and drink orders accurately
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff
Ensure guests have an outstanding experience every visit
Qualifications:
Prior experience in hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
A positive attitude and team spirit
