New joiners should possess the following qualities:
5-10 years' experience, preferably gained in high end / luxury establishments
Reliability, friendliness & flexibility
Team Player
A professional who takes pride in quality finishes
A good communicator with excellent customer service skills
Wella or Lorealtrained
A thirst for new knowledge and training
A desire to win awards
